Family haven of peace near water sports activities. Fully equipped house to enjoy holidays with family or friends.
Equipped kitchen, large living room, several outdoor spaces, swimming pool. We rent our holiday house located in Cavalaire sur Mer, in a quiet and residential area, with a view on the hills (city centre and beaches at 1,5 km).

The house is composed on the ground floor of: an entrance, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet with washbasin, a bedroom with cupboards (double bed), a bathroom with corner bath and toilet.

The first floor includes: an office, a games room with table football, two bedrooms (double beds), 2 shower rooms with WC, a dormitory (4 single beds).

Reversible air conditioning.
Several terraces with different exposures.
The swimming pool is open all year round (not heated) and has many sun beds.
