The living room opens out through a bay window onto a terrace with a south, south-east facing balcony. Full sea view on Cap Lardier and the calanques de la Vigie.
The living room is equipped with a dining area with table and chairs and a sitting area with a 2-seater leather sofa, a flat-screen TV with a multimedia USB key connection and a DVD player. International satellite channels are available. Internet connection. Broadband by WIFI.
The American kitchen is fully equipped. Electric plancha on the terrace.
Upstairs, a first bathroom with tiled shower, WC, washbasin. An internal stairs leads to the bedrooms on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1 has: 3 beds 90, a large wardrobe and linen cupboard.
Bedroom 2 has: 1 bed 140, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
All beds are equipped with blankets or duvets.
A second shower room has a shower cabin, WC, vanity unit and washing machine.
Both bedrooms look out onto the garden and the terrace through a sliding glass window. The outside terrace offers an exceptional view of the sea, Cap Lardier and the Calanques de la Vigie. The garden terrace and the balcony are equipped with tables, garden chairs, deckchairs and 2 sun loungers with their pillows.
Possibility to rent bed linen and towel on request, cleaning : 70 €.
Heating to be regulated according to the meter reading during the winter period.
