The Villa is of recent construction (210 m²) with sea view, located in a residential area on the heights of Cavalaire sur Mer (15 km from Saint Tropez).
It is suitable for family holidays in respect of the neighbourhood (no parties allowed). It is south facing, secured by an automatic gate, two car park slots are available in the courtyard.

The Villa is composed of 2 levels:
- On the 1st level (upstairs), there is a very nice fully equipped kitchen opening onto a very large living room with sea view; a master bedroom, its bathroom and dressing room, a separate toilet.

- On level 0 (ground floor), 3 large bedrooms each with bathroom and shower (1 bedroom also has a bathtub), laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron with direct access to the two large outdoor terraces.

All the rooms are air-conditioned and have an opening to the outside facing the sea. From the first terrace, where there is a large garden furniture with sunshade, you can access the second terrace via a secure gate where is a heated swimming pool (9,50m x 4m) all year round and a large sunbathing area with deckchairs.

Out of respect for the neighbours, parties are not allowed in the evening. For safety reasons, the pool is not lit at night. Dogs weighing more than 10 kilos are not allowed. It is forbidden to let dogs swim in the swimming pool. If you do so, 500 € will be deducted from the deposit for damage caused.
