Free parking is available on the property's fully enclosed grounds.


The accommodation has one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) with its own shower and toilet, and a second bedroom with 2 beds (90x200cm), its own shower and a guest toilet

The kitchen is open to the dining room and the terrace/garden.

The house is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system (hot and cold).


Other facilities include free internet access, safe, barbecue/electric grill, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and satellite TV with internet connection.
The garden is watered using a large capacity rainwater tank.
Food waste is recycled into compost in the garden.
Other waste is sorted and recycled.
