Big stone walls, nice furniture for 8 persons, dining room, living room, covered terrace, view towards the castle of Grimaud, heated swimming pool with pool house and travertin beach.
Tourisme durable

20 solar panels on the ground, annual clearing of the bushes, maintenance of the low walls (and creation of some) to encourage the absorption of rainwater by limiting runoff.
Project for a 3.7 kW charging station for electric cars (readers' wishes??)
