Air-conditioned villa available all year round, renovated in 2019. Very sunny, it has a large garden, a heated swimming pool in mid-season, a pool house with dining area, a barbecue, a plancha, a boules court.

On the first floor, Villa Saphir comprises a beautiful entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, a laundry room and a master suite (double bed) with bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub. Each of these rooms opens onto a patio or terrace.
On the 1st floor, a large TV lounge and two bedrooms (double bed); one with a shower room has a partial view of the sea, the other with a bathroom overlooks the pool and opens onto a beautiful terrace giving access to the heights of the garden. The second floor features a large bedroom with three single beds.
Outside, you'll find a very large flower garden, several terraces and solariums around the swimming pool, secure for children and heated in mid-season, and a pool house with dining area, plancha and large barbecue. Also: private parking, bowling green.
