Domaine de Pascati

The Domaine de Pascati is an agricultural property of 140 hectares, it overlooks the bay of Pampelonne in the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, 2 minutes from the famous beaches of the same name. This magnificent organic wine estate in Ramatuelle was brought back from oblivion in 2021 by a wine lover who wanted to share his passion by creating his own estate and creating Grands Crus in Organic Agriculture.

The vineyard will be replanted with noble grape varieties (Grenache and Syrah) over several hectares, and the rest is currently being prepared.
The vineyard is now run entirely according to organic farming methods, and the grapes that used to be taken to the Ramatuelle cooperative cellar are now entirely vinified in-house.

The vineyard is reborn and Ramatuelle's wine production can finally express itself...

The Cuvée Panthère rosée will accompany you all summer long; this great rosé made from 92% Grenache and 8% Syrah develops notes of apricot, grapefruit and white flowers.
It has a very long finish, with mineral notes (due to the schist of the terroir) and a saline expression (due to the vineyard's exposure to the sea).

This sensation of freshness will bring complexity and elegance to the wine throughout the tasting.
A perfect aperitif, poolside or on the beach, this fruity, elegant rosé is also the ideal companion for Mediterranean salads and grilled fish.
