The Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, led by Rami Be'er since 1996, is a key player on the Israeli choreographic scene and portrays the issue of immigration with unrivaled strength. and more broadly, the state of humanity. Its most recent creation is characterized by strong emotions, delicate reflections, and exquisite movement.

Rami Be'er, a son of Holocaust survivors, has an ingrained connection between asylum and his family history, identity, and very existence. Everyone, whether they are a refugee, an immigrant, or an exile, has been looking for a place to call home. His home, his things, his homeland...

This universal desire is expressed in Asylum by the choreographer through movement, spatial use, and his original music, which blends with Hebrew children's songs.
