Ramatuelle
An Ode to the French Riviera of the 1950s
Loulou has been designed in a resolutely chic and relaxed spirit advocating an elegant art of living imbued with freshness.
Shuttle boat. Relaxing & Dolce Vita
Together they like to laze on the beach in the sun, indulge in sea bathing, sit down for a late lunch, indulge in a siesta in the shade of the sails and come back to life with the sound of music and party for the apéritivo at sunset. As for architecture, there is a place for naturalness and simplicity: siding of whitewashed wood, fisherman's house style, sails of boats as shade, comfortable deckchairs for lounging around ...
A poetic place where nature takes over and whose highlight is the view of the sea and Pointe du Capon.
In perfect harmony with the place, Benoit Dargère, executive chef of the group (Monsieur Bleu, Loulou, Perruche and Girafe), and Jules Pronost offer sunny, family and generous cuisine, simple and expressive. Loulou therefore naturally reveals dishes from the French and Italian Riviera, with a selection of quality products and originally from southern France, Italy and Sicily.
In the spotlight, antipasti, salads, vintages, pasta pizza, meats and fish, dishes to share, without forgetting the essential dolci. Loulou offers its guests a wine list of convictions. With a wide choice of flasks of producers, he shares his love for wines with a strong typicity.
From France, Corsica or Italy, he invites passionate winegrowers to his menu.
A rich map of over a hundred references and a favorite selection for tastings by the glass.
The cocktails will not be harmed: giants, classics or signatures, refreshment guaranteed!
