The setting is by the side of the road, but as you sit down, the panoramic view of the deep blue sea is an introduction to the dishes, prepared with local produce and cooked in the morning to be served still imbued with the august gestures of the fishermen, market gardeners and goatherds.
When time permits, you can sample more typical dishes, where fish, shellfish and other Provençal recipes have retained their authentic message, that of passing on the passion of the Mediterranean people for the pleasure of the eyes and taste buds.
