Maurin des Maures

The "Maurin des Maures" restaurant is a gourmet stopover with a panoramic view of the Bay of Rayol, the islands of Levant and Port-Cros and the islet of Bagaud, while enjoying Mediterranean cuisine.

All year round, daily.
Lunch until 2pm and dinner until 9pm.
From November 4 to December 19, 2024: closed evenings and all day Mondays.

People come here with family or friends for business meals, or for a quick bite to eat as in a popular bistro.
Le Maurin des Maures, the must-visit restaurant in this little paradise of Rayol Canadel, located between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire sur Mer. André DELMONTE and his team welcome you in a friendly, family atmosphere.
The setting is by the side of the road, but as you sit down, the panoramic view of the deep blue sea is an introduction to the dishes, prepared with local produce and cooked in the morning to be served still imbued with the august gestures of the fishermen, market gardeners and goatherds.
When time permits, you can sample more typical dishes, where fish, shellfish and other Provençal recipes have retained their authentic message, that of passing on the passion of the Mediterranean people for the pleasure of the eyes and taste buds.
