A Michelin-starred restaurant since 2021, Philippe Colinet expresses his passion for pure, plant-based cuisine at the heart of the 5* SEZZ boutique hotel. Only open for dinner, the gourmet restaurant's menu is available in 6 or 7 acts, for a 100% plant-based menu with the ''Originel'' menu or the ''Substantiel'' menu featuring the chef's signature dishes, such as oyster or squid risotto.
In the chef's kitchen, the spirit vibrates at the same tempo as that of the irresistibly free-spirited writer Colette.
