On the menu, rock fish soup from the Golfe de Saint-Tropez, fished by Mr. Rémi Volland. Bouchot mussels, only when it is the season.
A cuisine with southern flavors, suggestions that are proposed to you every day, with lunch formulas, fish, meats, and homemade desserts also.
