This beautiful walk leads near an apiary of the 17th Century recently restored and joins the path of Neuf Riaux where vestiges of an ancient water-mill can be found.

Walk passing by a 17th century apiary and the remains of a water mill.
PARKING:
Free parking at Saint-Joseph.
- Coming from Grimaud or Le Luc, leave the RD558 at the Mairie, pass the Mairie on the right, continue on the Rue des Jardins, then turn left into Rue Saint-Joseph.
THE ROUTE :
This walk of about 4 km goes down into a valley, around a dam, and makes you discover two heritage sites.
From the Parking Saint-Joseph follow the marked path for about 30 min. to the top of the dam, take the path on the left to the river, ford it. Go up the other side to the apiary, but do not enter the enclosure (beware of the bees!). Continue on the marked path to the remains of the water mill. Return by the same path.

- Various old stone hamlets.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Only use the path during authorised periods! Find out how open the forests are, especially in summer (see the Var Prefecture website).
- Bring sufficient water and good shoes.
