As a true enthusiast, my teachings are aimed at everyone whatever your level.
Beginners, intermediates or advanced, I offer several disciplines with the same objective, a personalized accompaniment which will know how to answer your needs and your physical capacities and which will enable you to surpass yourself and thus bring you the sought-after transformation.
If you are looking for harmony with your body and your mind, if you are looking for a place to let go, a window of calm to be less anxious or stressed, to improve your physical form, to relieve a pain, the practice of one or several of my disciplines depends on your desires and your objectives.
As a certified Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series teacher by Sharath Jois, in Mysore (India), and a Master Trainer in Pilates from the Pilates Center in Boulder (Colorado, USA), I suggest you contact me to choose the training that suits you, private class (or small group of 3 people maximum), or participate in the retreat sessions organised over a full week of Yoga, Mantras and Meditation.
My classes are open to all, whatever your level and physical abilities.
Yoga Mysore
I teach the practice of Yoga Mysore - traditional Ashtanga teaching, a unique and powerful way to develop a yoga practice where individual growth is valued and honoured.
Pranayama
The practice of Pranayama is a series of breathing exercises to gain awareness and control of one's life energy. Learning to breathe consciously allows for greater self-control in many circumstances, better health and simply changes our lives. Connect your mind and body through gentle, meditative exercises.
Meditation
I will guide you to reach several levels of depth, in an unadulterated version of meditation. In these sessions you will discover pathways on how to use meditation to improve your life on all levels. Explore your limits and awaken your body and soul.
Pilates
Pilates teaches you to control your body and not be at its mercy. It is the mind itself that shapes the body. You will become the architect of your own body and your own development. There are many ways to make Pilates work for you, regardless of your experience or fitness level.
In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see it, and in 30 you will have a new body.
Pilates is a series of exercises that aim to gently strengthen and sculpt your body. All parts of the body are worked through precise movements and are accompanied by breathing exercises.
Franklin Method
The Franklin® method, named after Eric Franklin, is an alternative movement training technique that has been scientifically proven to be effective.
Using the principles of Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery™ (DNI™), we show you how to use mental imagery and physical and mental training to quickly and sustainably increase your strength, flexibility and coordination.
