A specialist in healthy movement for ALL, I'm a state-qualified sports coach and certified Pilates instructor, member of the Fédération des Professionnels de la Méthode Pilates (FPMP).
I am also a teacher of Adapted Physical Activity (Sport sur ordonnance) and certified in the De Gasquet® Maternity Method (pre/post natal yoga).
I help my students rediscover strength, flexibility and well-being thanks to the Pilates method and its holistic approach to body and mind.
